Our flat rate delivery charges vary upon the shipping method you choose. We ship to most destinations of the world with flat rate delivery charge per one delivery destination.
Our main shipping methods are as follows:
1) Registered Air Mail
Shipping and handling cost: USD 10 per order
Delivery time: 14-21 days
*Please note: in very rare cases delivery to Canada and USA may take up to 6 weeks.
For privacy, all parcels will be unmarked and in standard protective padded bags.
2) EMS Express Mail (trackable)
Shipping and handling cost: USD 50 per order
Delivery time: 5-9 business days
Your parcel has a tracking number with which you can observe your package progress on the internet.
When choosing the right shipping option for you, please be aware that it takes longer to receive parcels sent by registered mail but it usually clears customs faster and with fewer problems. We recommend shipping your order via International Unregistered Mail. Parcels sent via Trackable Courier Service will more likely be searched and therefore held up in customs. Virtually all International delivery problems are due to delays in customs. They may fail to notify you of the package arrival. If a package is overdue it is often sitting in customs awaiting a signature or payment of duty. Please contact your customs office if your package is overdue.
The orders are shipped worldwide through International Unregistered Mail unlike Trackable Courier Service wich option is not available for Sweden, Finland, Austria, Belgium.
Our estimate is that all orders will be shipped from our company in
48 hours. After that, shipping time is estimated at 5 business days to
customs, and 2 business days for delivery after customs.
What if the order is not received during the time stated?
Your satisfaction with the products and the services we provide is our prime aim. In case the order is not received within the delivery time stated, we guarantee a replacement, free of charge, or your payment pack!
It’s beyond our influence how long your order takes to clear through foreign customs. We are not responsible for customs fees and VAT taxes. We provide all necessary paperwork to ensure fast processing.
